1. Booking Process
To reserve a skip, customers must complete our online booking form or contact our customer service team. Upon reservation, customers will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of their booking.

2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
3. Use of Skips
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the skip is used solely for its intended purpose. Overloading the skip beyond its capacity may result in additional charges or removal of the skip.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited in our skips:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable substances
- Explosives
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Batteries
Disposing of prohibited items may incur fines and the immediate removal of the skip.
5. Duration and Extensions
Each skip hire comes with an agreed rental period. Should you require an extension, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take precautions to ensure the safe handling and placement of skips, we are not liable for any damage to property or injury resulting from the use of our skips. Customers are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost.
8. Health and Safety
Customers must ensure that the placement of the skip complies with local health and safety regulations. Any obstruction to public pathways or hazards must be addressed prior to skip placement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
